What is toda?

toda is a private, decentralized memory network for AI data.

It gives people and organizations a place to collect the data they create with AI, keep control of it, and decide what becomes useful memory.

This is bigger than agents. toda is for anyone creating or using AI data: consumers, businesses, developers, models, and autonomous systems.

The idea​

Most AI products forget the moment you leave. The ones that remember keep that memory inside their own product.

toda changes the default. Your data can move with you.

The result is a shared memory layer that no single AI company controls. toda decentralizes ownership and coordination. It does not pretend that every byte must live on a blockchain.

It starts with a useful loop for data today. As that memory grows, it can become the base for deeper AI infrastructure and a market where people choose how valuable memory is shared.

Staking does not prove that a piece of data is true. It shows that someone is willing to put value behind it. That signal helps the network find useful data without pretending that truth can be reduced to a token balance.
